Senior Test Automation Engineer

To enhance automation capabilities, the full-time Senior Test Automation Engineer will design, develop, and execute automated test scripts for PeopleSoft HCM, while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a hybrid work environment. Key responsibilities: Design and maintain automated test scripts for PeopleSoft HCM enhancements and defect fixes Analyze test execution results to identify defects and perform root cause analysis Collaborate with developers and QA teams to identify automation opportunities and align test coverage with release priorities Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field 3+ years of software QA and test automation experience with enterprise applications Hands-on expertise with OpenText UFT, including scripting and object repository management Experience automating testing for PeopleSoft HCM or similar enterprise systems Ability to analyze test failures and validate expected results
