Bilingual Customer Service and Sales Agent Opportunity (Spanish/English)

Hours : Full time, 40 per week (10 AM - 6 PM) Saturdays required. one week-day off.

What You’ll Do:
• Help clients with payments, policy updates, and insurance questions.

• Help clients chose the right insurance for their needs. 

• Build strong client relationships through excellent service.
• Support office sales goals and team success.
• Create a welcoming, positive experience for every customer and team member because we believe a good culture is the key for a happy job.

• Ambitious and motivated to grow + excellent attitude.

• Fast learner (No Insurance or taxes experience required)
• A go-getter who enjoys helping people and achieving goals.
• Positive, dependable, and eager to learn.
• Fluent in Spanish & English.
• Passionate about building relationships and making an impact in people's lives though insurance and taxes.
