Senior Financial Analyst

A growing publicly traded technology company is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to join its finance team. This is a highly visible role that partners closely with executive leadership to drive financial planning, analysis, treasury activities, and strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities Develop financial models, forecasts, and P&L analyses to support business planning and executive decision-making. Prepare board-level financial reporting packages and management presentations. Analyze revenue, pricing, margins, raw material costs, and other key business performance metrics. Support annual budgeting, monthly variance ("flux") analysis, and special financial projects. Track and analyze cash investments, debt activity, and capital expenditures. Assist with treasury operations, including cash management, investment reporting, and foreign exchange analysis. Prepare financial schedules supporting quarterly and annual reporting requirements. Identify opportunities to improve reporting, forecasting accuracy, and financial processes. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Strong FP&A, financial modeling, and analytical experience. Experience with budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and executive reporting. Treasury, cash management, investment, or capital planning experience is a plus. Advanced Excel skills and the ability to communicate financial insights to leadership.
