Production Supervisor

The Manufacturing Supervisor oversees daily production operations, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency across all manufacturing activities. This role leads a team of production employees, coordinates workflow, monitors performance, and drives continuous improvement to meet organizational goals. Key Responsibilities Production Leadership — Direct, coach, and support production team members to maintain high performance and accountability. Operational Planning — Organize daily schedules, assign tasks, and ensure resources are available to meet production targets. Quality Assurance — Enforce quality standards, conduct inspections, and resolve issues to maintain product consistency. Safety Compliance — Promote a safe work environment through training, audits, and adherence to OSHA and company policies. Process Improvement — Identify inefficiencies, implement corrective actions, and support lean manufacturing initiatives. Team Development — Train employees, evaluate performance, and foster a positive, collaborative culture. Reporting & Documentation — Maintain accurate production records, track KPIs, and communicate results to management. Equipment Oversight — Monitor machine performance, coordinate maintenance, and minimize downtime. Qualifications Experience in manufacturing or industrial production environments. 2 + years leadership or supervisory experience in manufacturing or industrial production environments. Strong understanding of safety, quality, and operational standards. Ability to lead teams, solve problems, and communicate effectively.
