Full-Time: Sunday - Thursday, 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM; Thursday and Friday 3pm-11pm, Saturday and Sunday 9pm-9am; Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday 4pm-12am
DailyPay Available- $17.50/hour

About RHD Residential Service System (RSS)

The Residential Service System (RSS) program provides community-based residential supports designed to help individuals with behavioral health needs achieve greater independence and enhance their quality of life. Through a recovery-oriented and person-centered approach, staff work alongside participants to build daily living skills, access community resources, strengthen relationships, and work toward their personal goals.

What You'll Do

As a Direct Support Professional , you will:

• Provide supervision and support in accordance with individualized person-centered plans.
• Help individuals work toward goals identified in their Individual Support Plans (ISP).
• Support healthy decision-making and positive behavioral outcomes.
• Assist with activities of daily living, including meal preparation, personal care, hygiene, and household tasks as needed.
• Administer medications according to program policies and procedures.
• Transport individuals safely to appointments, activities, and community events.
• Assist participants with accessing medical services, benefits, social services, and other community resources.
• Encourage community integration and participation in meaningful activities.
• Complete required documentation accurately and timely.
• Collaborate with clinical staff and treatment teams to support participant goals.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Required

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license.
• Basic computer and internet skills, including the ability to use email, documentation systems, and other electronic platforms.
• Ability to work effectively with individuals experiencing behavioral health challenges.
• Ability to complete required employment screenings and clearances, including FBI clearance when applicable.

Preferred

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Services or a related field.
• Previous experience in residential behavioral health, mental health, or human services settings.
• Experience supporting individuals in community-based programs.

Schedule

• Full-Time
• Flexible scheduling based on program needs
• Evening, weekend, and holiday shifts may be available
• Opportunities for overtime may be available

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and assist individuals as needed.
• Ability to safely transport participants in the community.
• Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
