Shift Details:  Nights (1900-0730), Rotating weekends
Weekly Schedule: 36 Hours
Certifications/Licenses:

• Current Oregon RN license required.
• Healthcare Provider Level AHA BLS required.
• GSR ICU-CCU:
• AHA ACLS and NIHSS required.
• PALS and TNCC preferred.
• Verification of high school diploma or equivalent required due to the College of American Pathologists (CAP) requirements for moderate complexity testing

Mandatory Experience:

• RN ICU
• 3 years previous ICU experience preferred.
• EMR Used EPIC
