Resumen Humana está buscando un Gerente Senior de Ventas de Medicare en el área del Sur de Chicago para liderar un equipo de Agentes de Ventas de Medicare en el campo. Responsabilidades Vender productos de planes de salud individuales. Reclutamiento de nuevos agentes y cultivo de relaciones con clientes y socios. Trabajo en el campo en las áreas de Tinsley Park, Oak Park y Joliet, IL. Demostrar gran aptitud para la tecnología con competencia en MS Office, plataformas CRM y aplicaciones para iPhone. Liderar al equipo como un productor destacado con habilidades organizativas, interpersonales, de comunicación y de presentación. Adaptarse y superar desafíos según sea necesario. Experiencia en compromiso comunitario/Bases en marketing de planes de Medicare en la comunidad. Participar en el programa de seguridad para conductores de Humana, manteniendo licencia de conducir válida y prueba de seguro de responsabilidad civil de vehículo personal con límites de al menos 25/25/10. Cualificaciones Preferidas Licencia activa de Seguro de Vida. Título de Licenciatura. Sólida experiencia en Medicare y la industria de soluciones de salud. Comprometido con la comunidad a través de servicios, organizaciones, actividades y voluntariado. Experiencia o certificación en gestión de proyectos.
