Graphic Designer (Events)

We're looking for a talented Events Designer to bring creative vision to life across signage, print, and presentation materials for high-impact events and activations.

• Temp to Perm, 40 hours per week
• $75-80k+ range, w2 Hourly Contract to start
• ONSITE in Oakland, NJ
  • Must have reliable transportation

Responsibilities:

• Design event signage, print files, and design boards for events, activations, and experiential campaigns
• Create polished proposal decks that communicate creative concepts clearly and persuasively
• Prepare print-ready files with attention to specs, materials, and production requirements
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams — producers, account managers, and fellow designers — to bring event concepts to life from pitch through execution

Required Qualifications:

• Strong graphic design skills with hands-on experience in signage, print production, and presentation design
• Proficiency in building compelling design boards and proposal decks
• 3D rendering skills are a strong plus (motion/animation experience is not required)
• A collaborative, communicative approach — someone who thrives in a team environment and values open dialogue
