Responsibilities:

• Provide personalized care and assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
• Engage clients in meaningful conversations, games, and activities to promote mental and emotional well-being
• Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping to maintain a safe and clean living environment
• Collaborate with caregivers and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
• Speak Spanish fluently and engage with clients in their native language

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• 1 year of experience in home care or a related field
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Bilingual in Spanish and English
