This role is responsible for overseeing the planning, production, editing, and delivery of high-quality video content that supports doTERRA's marketing, communications, and brand objectives.The ideal candidate is a strong leader with a passion for visual storytelling, exceptional project management skills, and extensive experience in both production and post-production. They will mentor and develop the video team, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and ensure all content meets creative, technical, and brand standards.ResponsibilitiesLead, mentor, and develop a team of videographers, editors, and freelance creative professionals.Assign projects, manage workloads, and establish production priorities.Foster a collaborative, creative, and high-performing team culture.Conduct performance reviews, provide coaching, and support professional development.Oversee all phases of video production, including concept development, pre-production, production, post-production, and final delivery.Collaborate with marketing, communications, and leadership teams to develop creative strategies and content plans.Manage production schedules, budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Supervise on-location and studio productions when necessary.Provide creative direction for storytelling, cinematography, editing, motion graphics, and overall production quality.Review and approve edits, graphics, color grading, sound design, and final deliverables.Ensure all video content aligns with brand standards and organizational goals.Maintain consistency across all video assets and platforms.Manage video production equipment, studio resources, and software licenses.Develop and maintain efficient production workflows and asset management systems.Evaluate and implement new production technologies, editing techniques, and creative tools.Oversee media storage, file organization, backups, and archiving processes.Partner with internal stakeholders to understand project objectives and translate them into compelling visual content.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Film, Video Production, Communications, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.8+ years of professional experience in video production and post-production.2–3+ years of experience leading or managing creative teams.Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and other video software.Strong understanding of cinematography, lighting, audio production, color correction, and motion graphics.Experience managing multiple projects, budgets, and production schedules.Excellent leadership, communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.Ability to balance creative vision with business objectives and deadlines.doTERRA International, LLC. is committed to employing a diverse workforce.
