RN Supervisor

The Gardens at Easton | Easton, PA

The Gardens at Easton is seeking a dedicated RN Supervisor to join our skilled nursing facility in Easton, PA.

The RN Supervisor is responsible for directing and supervising nursing personnel while ensuring the delivery of high-quality resident care in accordance with physician orders, facility policies, and under the direction of the Director of Nursing Services.

Rate: $40–$42 per hour

• Full-Time

• 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

• Supervise and direct the performance of nursing staff during assigned shifts

• Ensure residents receive quality nursing care in accordance with individualized care plans

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

• Assess resident conditions and communicate changes to physicians and the interdisciplinary team

• Provide leadership, guidance, and clinical support to nursing personnel

• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and facility regulations

• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation

• Respond to resident, family, and staff concerns professionally and promptly

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Pennsylvania

• Previous supervisory experience in long-term care preferred

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
