Back of House Team Member

Welcome to Chick‑fil‑A Kernersville We are currently hiring individuals who can commit beyond the summer months and are not enrolled in college full‑time during the fall. Applicants must be 16 years or older. Join our back‑of‑house kitchen team and grow professionally with opportunities for scholarships and leadership development. Responsibilities Prepare, cook, and present food safely, quickly, and efficiently, meeting Chick‑fil‑A standards. Prep cold food, salads, sandwiches, and other items daily. Keep the kitchen clean and orderly. Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to the Kitchen Director. Uphold the core values of the business. Complete opening or closing tasks as assigned. Perform any other duties assigned by the manager. Qualifications Must be 16 or older; we cannot hire 15‑year‑olds. Ability to work a minimum of 15 hours per week (full‑time 32+ hours). Strong teamwork and customer service orientation. Reliable, safe, and respectful work habits. Benefits Sundays off.
