Strategic HR Business Partner Growth & Change
Northwest LLC
Northwest is seeking an HR Business Partner to align people strategies with business goals across designated units, including multiple US locations. The role acts as a strategic partner to leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, and change initiatives. A Bachelor’s in HR or related field and 6–8 years HR experience are preferred, with banking experience a plus. This onsite role operates Monday through Thursday with Fridays optional work-from-home, supporting workforce health and #J-18808-Ljbffr Northwest LLC
