Gary Souza, PT & Associates is a physical therapist–owned, outpatient orthopedic physical therapy clinic located in Diamond Bar. We are a highly reputable and well-established practice that has proudly served our community for over 40 years.

Through our participation in the USC Orthopedic Residency Program, our staff also benefits from collaboration with outside mentors.
