Assistant Store Manager - The Shops At Clearfork

Summary Support the Store Manager to achieve sales and service targets and help lead a professional store team to deliver an excellent customer experience. This role is for the new store opening at The Shops at Clearfork in Fort Worth and requires a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays. You will focus on team development, store standards, and operational excellence. Responsibilities Support the Store Manager in leading, coaching, and developing the store team to meet objectives Collaborate with training teams to implement standards and development plans Establish and drive weekly and monthly objectives for the team Ensure professional presentation and high-level customer service and clienteling Maintain visual merchandising standards and proper presentation of merchandise Work with store support departments and HR on policies and operational needs Perform other duties as assigned by the Store Manager Requirements Previous experience in management, sales, hospitality, or service Exceptional customer service and clienteling skills Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and motivate a team Professional verbal and written communication skills Willingness to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays #J-18808-Ljbffr brobstongroup.com - Jobboard
