**Join Our Team as a Long Term Care RN!** - Are you ready to make a meaningful impact in patient care? - We are seeking a passionate and dedicated RN to join our dynamic team in a Long Term Care facility! **Key Responsibilities:** - Perform comprehensive assessments and treatments for patients - Administer medication and ensure proper notifications to MD/NP about pertinent information - Manage the admitting and discharging process with care and compassion - Provide ADL assistance to enhance patient quality of life - Utilize your skills in gastrostomy tube care and urinary catheter care - Deliver nebulizer treatments, wound vac care, and CPAP care - Undertake other assigned duties that contribute to patient well-being **Shift Information:** - Varied shift scheduling of 8-hour shifts: - Days: 0730 - 1530 - Evenings: 1500 - 2330 - Nights: 2300 - 0730 - Requires flexibility to work on weekends and holidays **Qualifications:** - Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience - Current BLS/BCLS certification required - Must possess an active State of Hawaii license by the start of the assignment **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
