Mail Sorter/General Labor associate - Fort Worth
At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Mail Sorter/General Labor associate to work with ID Logistics in Fort Worth. In this role, you will specifically handle Nespresso coffee products, including coffee capsule sleeves, accessory kits, single-serve coffee machines, and promotional coffee bundles. This is a physically active, fast-paced warehouse role ideal for candidates who thrive in hands-on fulfillment environments.
Shift Patterns
- Mon-Fri 2:30:00pm-1:00:00am (includes 30-minute lunch break)
Pay Rates
- 18.50 USD hourly
Essential Requirements
- Experience working in a warehouse environment
- Ability to stand on your feet throughout the entire shift
- Ability to lift, push, and pull packages weighing up to 50 lbs continuously
- Strong attention to detail to distinguish between various product lines and SKU barcodes
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and pass standard pre-employment screening
Desirable Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Prior experience in warehouse fulfillment, kitting, or general labor involving fast-moving consumer packaged goods
- Experience operating handheld RF inventory scanners
Role Responsibilities
- Rapidly inspect, sort, and organize Nespresso coffee capsule sleeves, machines, and accessories by SKU or shipping destination
- Use RF handheld scanners to record serial numbers and verify capsule sleeve quantities against outgoing shipping orders
- Assemble coffee bundles, place packs into outbound shipping boxes, and apply appropriate shipping labels
- Palletize cartons, apply stretch wrap, and stage completed pallets using manual pallet jacks for trailer loading
- Check packages for product seal integrity and maintain a clean, safe work area adhering to OSHA guidelines
Location : Fort Worth. The position is based on-site at the facility in South Fort Worth.
