We're actively hiring operators with CNC machining experience to work with Haas and Fanuc-controlled equipment in a clean, fast-paced production environment. Whether you're looking to advance your career or find a stable company where you can put down roots, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do

Set up, load, and operate CNC machines and manual vertical mills
Work with Haas and Fanuc controls to maintain efficient production
Run multiple machines while ensuring quality and productivity standards are met
Inspect parts using precision measuring tools and gauges
Monitor production output and maintain accurate documentation
Install and align tooling, fixtures, and workpieces
Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform minor fixture repairs
Read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and technical specifications

What You Bring

Experience operating CNC machines in a manufacturing environment
Familiarity with Haas and/or Fanuc controls
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
Experience in production, machining, assembly, or manufacturing operations
Commitment to quality, safety, and teamwork

Bonus Skills

G-Code programming experience
Advanced machining knowledge
Previous industrial manufacturing experience
