School Nurse

Florence Township School District is seeking a qualified school nurse to assist in reviewing and verifying student athletic forms for the 2026-2027 school year. Responsibilities include reviewing student athletic forms and registrations for completion and accuracy, verifying required medical documentation for student-athlete participation, reviewing information in Genesis related to athletic registration and health documentation, communicating with administration, the athletic department, and the school physician, as needed, assisting with ensuring student-athlete documentation is organized and ready for the start of the athletic season, and maintaining confidentiality of student health information.

Requirements include a valid New Jersey School Nurse Certificate, knowledge of athletic forms, student health documentation, and school medical clearance procedures, experience using Genesis or similar student information systems preferred, and the ability to work independently and communicate effectively with school physician and athletic office.
