Key Responsibilities

• Provide premium advisory services to customers navigating both online and offline retail storefronts.
• Resolve complex order inquiries, returns, and inventory questions with a retail-focused, solution-oriented mindset.
• Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring consistent quality service that elevates the customer’s retail journey.
• Assist clients with technical navigation of the digital store interface to maximize online retail conversion.
• Maintain detailed customer interaction logs to support continuous improvement in the retail service cycle.
• Collaborate with international teams to share insights on Swedish market consumer behavior and retail trends.
• Handle escalated retail customer issues with professionalism, empathy, and speed.

Requirements

• Native or fluent Swedish (spoken and written).
• Valid EU passport (mandatory).
• Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or customer-facing environments is highly preferred.
• A customer-centric attitude with a passion for the retail industry.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, suitable for a professional office environment.
• Ability to relocate to Sofia for this on-site position.
