Physical Therapist - Outpatient

Location: Pryor, OK

Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule: 8-hour day shift with the possibility of up to 40 hours per week, guaranteeing 36 hours.

Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist for an outpatient facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in outpatient care and will be expected to manage a caseload efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Provide evaluations and create treatment plans for patients.
• Administer therapy interventions to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
• Manage a patient load of 12-14 patients per day.
• Meet productivity expectations of 60 visits per week.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams, and float to other clinics as required.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure: Outpatient experience is preferred. New graduates and first-time travelers are welcome to apply.
