North Dakota Licensed Case Manager

Providing comprehensive case management for child support enforcement, the full-time North Dakota Licensed Case Manager will locate absent parents, enforce obligations, and manage accounts while working remotely. Key responsibilities Manage an assigned caseload, ensuring enforcement of child support and medical support obligations Gather information for reviews and negotiate payment plans while documenting all case-related activities Provide customer service and explain complex issues in an understandable manner Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in business or public administration, criminal justice, social work, psychology, or paralegal/legal assistant One year of experience in collections, eligibility work, law enforcement, or related fields if holding a degree in another field Associate degree in paralegal/legal assistant with three years of relevant work experience may be considered Experience conducting investigations or research related to child support collections is preferred General knowledge of personal computer operations, including word processing and spreadsheet software
