Our truck drivers build relationships with each customer using their positive, friendly attitude and become familiar with their operations to meet needs and expectations.\nMinimum Requirements:\n\n 21+ years of age\n License to drive - valid Class A Commercial Driver License (CDL) with a clean driving record\n Must submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen\n Ability to read, write, and communicate in English\n Touch freight – may need to lift, push, or move product weighing an average of 40-60 pounds and as much as 100 pounds repeatedly\n Flexibility – overtime as required, weekends and holidays as business needs require\n\nPreferred Requirements:\n\n 1 year of customer delivery experience\n 6 months hand cart/hand truck experience\n 6 months of Food and Beverage experience\n 2 years consistent work history\n\n\nSysco is an Equal Opportunity Employer: All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, or other characteristics protected by law.
