About the Position

Job Title

Physical Therapist (PT) – Lymphedema

Location

Somerset, KY | Outpatient

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Travel | Days | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM | Expected 32 hours/week | No weekend hours | 13-Week Assignment

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services with a focus on lymphedema management
• Evaluate and treat patients across orthopedic, neurological, and lymphedema diagnoses in an outpatient setting
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and clinical findings
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records in accordance with facility standards
• Collaborate with the therapy team and supervising clinician to ensure quality patient care

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in good standing
• Lymphedema Certification required
• Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program
• Minimum 1 year of physical therapy experience
• Experience in outpatient physical therapy with a lymphedema specialty

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience treating orthopedic and neurological patient populations in an outpatient setting
• Familiarity with outpatient therapy workflows and electronic health record documentation
