IT Support Technician I

We're looking for an IT Support Technician I to support our Information Systems team in the Omaha office . In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for employees across the organization-troubleshooting issues, providing technical support, and helping keep our systems running smoothly. Key Responsibilities

Respond to IT support requests (phone, email, in-person)
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and application issues
Track and resolve tickets in a timely manner
Provide technical support to employees across all departments
Assist with installation, configuration, and maintenance of devices and systems
Communicate clearly and professionally with users
Participate in rotating on-call support
Support additional IT projects as needed

Qualifications

Associate's Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
OR High School Diploma/GED with 4+ years of relevant experience
1+ year of IT Help Desk or technical support experience
Basic knowledge of computer systems, troubleshooting, and maintenance
Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills
