Category: Nonprofit - Social Services. Responsibilities Provide direct support to individuals with disabilities in the HCBS program. Assist clients living independently by taking them into the community. Help with daily in‑home tasks such as meals, housekeeping, and personal care. Deliver behavioral support as needed. Qualifications Desire and interest in working with people with disabilities or special needs; respect for cultural differences. At least 18 years old. Verbal and written communication skills adequate for the job. Successful background check (Arizona Central Registry, Arizona Adult Protective Services) and Level One Fingerprint Clearance. Reliable transportation to the work site; access to a telephone. If driving an RISE vehicle: 21+ years old, pass drug test, maintain a valid driver’s license, and submit acceptable driving record. If personal vehicle used for transporting people: provide current auto insurance meeting RISE minimum requirements. Must meet minimum training requirements and complete renewals as assigned.
