DaVita is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse (RN) for an Outpatient Dialysis Center. You will work to provide compassionate care to patients with end-stage renal failure or chronic kidney disease in an outpatient setting. Our mission is to be the Provider, Partner, and Employer of Choice. Position details No Dialysis experience is required. Training may take place in a facility or a training clinic other than your assigned home clinic. Float to various clinics during and after training. Full-Time schedule (3–4 days/week, 10-12- and/or 14-hour shifts, alternating Saturdays) with Sundays off. What you can expect Build meaningful relationships with patients and their families in an intimate outpatient setting. Be part of a team that supports each other in a positive environment. Deliver care to patients with multiple co-morbidities requiring diverse nursing skills and treatment plans. Oversee a group of patients with the support of patient care techs to conduct patient observations, measure statistics, and machine setup. Work with head, heart, and hands in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications Current RN license in state of practice. CPR certification and basic EKG interpretation. Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent; three-year diploma may be substituted for nursing degree.
