Maintenance Tech II

Job Summary Work Schedule : Full-Time Night Shift Position hours are 11:00 pm-7:00am, Tuesday through Saturday. Holiday as needed per department. Prefer 3-5 years of experience in maintenance. The Maintenance Technician performs preventive maintenance tasks and day to day repairs of equipment, systems and building configurations. The Technician operates, maintains, monitors and repairs stationary steam, chilled water, and cogeneration plant consisting of fire tube boilers, electric centrifugal chillers, steam turbine centrifugal chillers, HVAC equipment and associated physical plant equipment and controls. The technician is expected to manage their tasks in a self-directed approach utilizing the computerized work order system and communicate with Leads and Managers. High School Diploma - OR - GED - OR - Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of education Experience Relevant Experience Prefer 3-5 years of Maintenance Experience Boiler and HVAC Experience Certification and Licensure PA Drivers License Boiler License Non-traditional routes to established skill level may be accepted after a review of education and experience.
