Product Manager-Engineering

Cencora seeks a Product Manager to lead strategy and development for Pro Control feed mill software solutions. The role bridges customer operations, engineering, and business teams to deliver reliable, efficient products supporting animal feed production.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain 18-month product roadmap aligned with customer and business needs
- Gather, document, and prioritize business and system requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria
- Engage directly with customers to understand operations, identify pain points, and drive solution improvements
- Conduct system audits and recommend enhancements for efficiency, throughput, and reliability
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration between software, hardware, support, and implementation teams
Requirements
- Deep knowledge of feed mill operations, batching systems, and industrial automation
- Experience defining product requirements and managing technical backlogs
- Understanding of mechanical and electrical equipment in production environments
- Ability to conduct system audits and recommend optimizations
- Willingness to participate in rotating on-call schedule and travel to customer sites
- Experience collaborating across software development, hardware, and support teams
