We are a fast-growing home renovation company in Charlotte seeking a motivated and proactive  In-Home Sales Consultant – Remodeling to join our team.

Candidates must have  previous sales experience and professional experience in at least one construction-related field . Direct remodeling sales experience is not required; however, familiarity with the construction industry is essential . Relevant experience may include general construction, home improvement, building materials, installation, roofing, flooring, painting, cabinetry, project coordination, or another related trade.

We are looking for someone who can combine construction knowledge with strong communication and sales skills to confidently advise homeowners and guide them through the renovation decision-making process.

What You'll Do

• Meet with homeowners during scheduled in-home appointments
• Understand the client's renovation goals, needs, priorities, and budget
• Present our company, solutions, and value to potential clients
• Discuss project estimates and guide clients through the decision-making process
• Follow up with potential clients and move opportunities toward closing
• Maintain accurate client information, follow-ups, and sales activity in our CRM
• Build strong relationships with clients from the first appointment through contract signing
• Work closely with our office and project teams to ensure a smooth client experience
• Qualified leads and appointments are provided.

• Valid driver's license (We provide transportation for scheduled customer appointments and project-related travel)
