Accounts Payable Specialist

LHH recruitment Solutions is hiring an accounts payable specialist in the Miramar, FL area. Our client is searching for an accounts payable specialist with a strong full cycle and high-volume background. Responsibilities to include:

· Audit company payments to suppliers and reimbursement payments

· Work with Accounts Payable leadership to create processes to increase accuracy

· Research and respond to email inquiries

· Analyze generated reports for quality and productivity within the Department

· Maintain a thorough understanding of accounting business practices, terms, and concepts

· Voided Check, return check process, stop payments, audit confirmation, email inquires and other job-related duties as assigned

You are a good fit if:

· Associate of Arts degree or equivalent work experience

· 3 years of experience in Finance or Accounting

· Experience with SAP preferred

· Strong communication skills - written, verbal, persuasion, motivation, facilitation of strong working relationships

This position is a contract to hire opportunity that will pay $22/hr-$24/hr. Please apply today!
