As the Assistant Team Manager, you will be responsible for managing and supervising staff in developing interventions and clinical treatment plans for individuals affected by mental health, substance use, and co-occurring disorders. You will ensure services align with CBHC principles and are person-centered, tailored to individual needs and preferences. Responsibilities: Provide clinical supervision and support to staff in both office and field settings, ensuring culturally competent, strength-based care Oversee development and completion of treatment plans, crisis plans, assessments, and authorizations in line with agency and CBHC requirements Ensure all interventions are person-centered and delivered based on individual preferences, needs, and goals Manage documentation quality, ensuring all records are timely, clinically sound, and aligned with treatment plans Guide staff in delivering side-by-side interventions focused on skill-building, problem-solving, and recovery-oriented care Qualifications: Hold a clinical license from Massachusetts (i.e.: LMHC, LICSW, LMFT etc.) Requires a Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology or related field Experience working with adults with severe mental illness and at least one year of supervisory experience Valid Massachusetts Drivers License Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm Annual Salary

$85,000—$90,000 USD
