Warfighting Analyst, JuniorThe Opportunity:We are seeking Junior Wargaming Analysts to join our expanding simulation, analysis, gaming, and experimentation team. You'll leverage your background in applying methods such as wargaming, campaign analysis, or defense research to help answer today's most difficult defense and intelligence challenges. As a wargaming analyst, you will design, prepare, and conduct defense and military analysis in support of Department of War and Intelligence Community clients. This includes conduct general research to support warfighting disciplines, COA analysis, strategy development, and organizational processes or procedures. You'll contribute to the design, execution, and delivery of analytic tasks associated with wargames, simulations, and tabletop exercises, including the shaping of objectives, crafting of wargaming constructs, authoring of scenarios, facilitation of participant discussions, and authoring of after action reports and briefings. We are looking for curious, self-directed analysts who learn material quickly, exhibit creativity and independent thought in design, analysis, and other forms of experimentation.Join us. The projected compensation range for this position is $62,000.00 to $141,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
