Marketer PositionHome Helpers Home Care of Conroe is seeking a motivated and outgoing Marketer to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys building community relationships, generating new client referrals, and supporting caregiver operations. The ideal candidate is professional, compassionate, organized, and driven to help grow the business while making a positive impact in the lives of seniors and families.Responsibilities:Build relationships with hospitals, rehabilitation centers, assisted living facilities, physicians, and community organizationsPromote Home Helpers Home Care services throughout Conroe and surrounding areasGenerate new client referrals and business opportunitiesAssist with caregiver recruiting and onboarding effortsAttend networking events, community outreach programs, and health fairsMaintain professional communication with referral sources and prospective clientsSupport office coordination and caregiver communication when neededQualifications:Experience in healthcare marketing, home care, sales, recruiting, or caregiving preferredStrong communication and relationship-building skillsSelf-motivated with the ability to work independentlyProfessional appearance and positive attitudeReliable transportation requiredBilingual is a plusCompensation & Benefits:Flexible full-time or part-time schedule Competitive base pay Commission opportunity based on client growth and referrals The more clients you bring in, the greater your earning potential through commission incentivesAbout Us: Home Helpers Home Care of Conroe, TX is dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality in-home care services that help seniors and individuals remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes.
