As an RN in the Endoscopy unit you will:

• Deliver safe high-quality patient-centered care before, during, and after procedures
• Monitor patients and recognize changes in condition responding appropriately
• Collaborate closely with physicians, anesthesia, and the multidisciplinary procedural team
• Demonstrate critical thinking and anticipate patient and procedural needs
• Assist with the safe and efficient flow of patients through the Endoscopy experience
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized procedural environment
• Ensure accurate and complete patient documentation
• Educate and support patients and families throughout their procedure
• Contribute to a respectful, compassionate, and team-focused culture
