Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status, strengths, challenges, and treatment needs.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other modalities, to provide individualized care.

• Collaborate with a diverse team of health professionals in developing and implementing coordinated care plans, ensuring each patient's unique circumstances are addressed.

• Support patients and their families in understanding diagnoses, treatment options, and the implications of medication, enhancing their ability to make informed decisions.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, tailoring interventions to the specific needs of the clients and leveraging evidence-based practices.

• Develop treatment plans in conjunction with team members, incorporating collaborative input from patients to set meaningful recovery goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with individuals undergoing detoxification and treatment for substance use disorders as well as co-occurring mental health conditions. Our patient population includes a diverse range of experiences, requiring tailored support and interventions to address complex needs. With a focus on comorbidities, you will confront the challenges that accompany both addiction and mental health issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
