About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head of Community to play a pivotal role in the growth and engagement of its vibrant, global community. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and nurturing the conditions that allow the community to thrive, from the initial onboarding process to post-cohort engagement. This includes designing a seamless family journey that aligns with the company's values and guidelines, fostering a sense of belonging, and developing distinctive community experiences. The role also involves leading a mission-driven community team, working closely with various departments to ensure a deeply human and scalable community experience, and finding the right balance between high-touch interactions and technology to support community growth. Key responsibilities for the Head of Community at the company include owning the community technology roadmap, leading the transition to the company's app, and introducing AI-enabled support where it enhances the family experience. The role requires a candidate with a proven track record in community building, strong leadership skills, and the ability to turn strategy into scalable processes. A collaborative and entrepreneurial mindset is essential, as is the ability to work across different functions and a passion for human connection.
