Job Opportunity At Merit Chevrolet

Merit Chevrolet is a family owned dealership and has been owned and operated by the same family for over 72 years. We provide one of the best working environments and pay plans within the Twin Cities market, as well as the tools and training you will need to succeed.

Responsibilities:

Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership
Test-drive vehicles, and test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment
Diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc.
Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers can be informed if any additional service is needed. Providing an estimate of time needed for additional repairs
Executing repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications

Merit is a part of the Machinists and Aerospace Workers Union Agreement. With full benefits and pension.

Requirements:

Strong automotive background
Strong team working skills
Must have clean & valid driver's license
