Memory Care Operations Director

Anthem Memory Care in Kansas is seeking an experienced Administrator to oversee community operations in accordance with regulatory standards. You will supervise department heads, manage budgets, and ensure high-quality resident care and safety.
The role requires a Bachelors degree in a related field and at least five years in service administration, with leadership experience in senior care preferred. Strong planning, communication and compliance skills are essential.
