Pegasus Landing of San Marcos is a 69-bed Assisted Living and Memory Care community located in San Marcos, TX, offering a warm, welcoming environment where residents can maintain independence while receiving personalized care and support.
We are seeking an ambitious and passionate Community Sales Director who thrives in a results-driven environment and is energized by the challenge of achieving and sustaining 100% occupancy.
As the Community Sales Director , you will be responsible for driving census growth through strategic sales initiatives, including lead generation, relationship building, community outreach, and closing new residents. You will play a key role in guiding families through an important life transition, ensuring each resident finds not just a place to live, but a place to truly call home.

- Four years of sales experience with a proven track record of generating and closing a high percentage of qualified leads

- Excellent communication and customer service skills and a professional demeanor
- Must be self-directed, able to prioritize task as well as have the ability to accept directives
- Clean Driving Record required.
