CT Technologist - Weekend Shift

Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

Day shift on Saturday and Sunday from 11:00 AM to 11:00 PM.

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled CT Technologist to join our dynamic team. As a vital member of our imaging department, you will perform computerized tomography (CT) scans, utilizing advanced imaging equipment to aid in diagnosis and treatment while ensuring the highest quality of patient care.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT scans as required while adhering to safety protocols and standards.
• Prepare and administer contrast media when necessary, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate patient records and imaging documentation using the Epic charting system.
• Ensure cleanliness and functionality of imaging equipment and area.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• ARRT (CT) certification is required.
• BLS certification is required.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in CT imaging is preferred.
• Stroke certified hospital and Level 1 Trauma facility experience is desirable.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
