Our organization, a flourishing private practice comprised of four physicians situated in the picturesque Spokane, Washington, is on the lookout for a Foot and Ankle Surgeon to become part of our vibrant and independent team. This is a unique chance to influence your own career path within a supportive, physician-led environment that values personal investment and independence.

We aim to fill the position of one of our four doctors who will be retiring in October 2026, allowing you to seamlessly transition into a successful practice with an established patient base. The retiring physician currently maintains a busy schedule, working 4.5 days a week, which includes a half-day dedicated to surgeries at our Ambulatory Surgical Center.

If you are eager to move away from hospital constraints or are ready to take charge of your own success, this opportunity allows you to do both in a thriving and expanding community. With three main clinic locations and two satellite offices, along with ongoing growth into North Idaho, you will have the necessary support and infrastructure to develop a practice that aligns with your lifestyle.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Salary range: $120,000 - $550,000

Requirements:

• Applicants must be eligible for medical licensure in Washington State and should be Board-qualified or certified in Foot and Ankle Surgery.
