Customer Service & Logistics Coordinator

Fit is seeking a skilled Customer Service & Logistics Coordinator for a family-owned food manufacturer in Mobile, AL. This is a hands‑on role for someone who enjoys variety, takes ownership of their work, and is willing to help wherever needed. The position will support customer service, order entry, logistics, freight coordination, e‑commerce operations, and general office functions. Salary is in the $45K - $60K range, DOE. Responsibilities Enter and process customer orders Coordinate truckload, LTL, and parcel shipments Prepare shipping paperwork and bills of lading Track shipments and resolve delivery issues Communicate with customers regarding orders and deliveries Manage Amazon Marketplace and Walmart Marketplace orders Support inventory, purchasing, and sales activities Assist with special projects and day-to-day office operations Qualifications Strong organizational and communication skills Excellent customer service abilities Detail-oriented with strong follow-through Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel Experience in logistics, transportation, customer service, order processing, or supply chain operations Amazon Marketplace, Walmart Marketplace, EDI, or e‑commerce experience is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
