Senior Project Manager - Multifamily

- Oversee Project Sizes from $20M to $100M+
- Our client is a well respected and established General Contractor in the Phoenix area and are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join their growing team. They have several high profile multifamily projects coming up and are looking for someone to lead them. This company has an incredible reputation and a strong backlog of projects.
- Managing ground up multifamily projects from foundation to key turnover
- Successfully lead construction projects valued over $20M+
- Delivering on time and within budge projects for mutlifamily clients across Indianapolis
- Create and maintain the master schedule
- Assist in preconstruction planning
- Oversee a Project Engineer and delegate tasks
- Work alongside Superintendet and subcontractors to deliver successful projects
The Successful Applicant
- 8-10+ years of project Mmanagement experience.
- Land development experience preferred.
- Multi-family project experience (build to rent and garden style).
- Demonstrated ability to direct, organize, and communicate with people of all levels and personalities.
- Ability to read and understand contracts, blueprints, construction project schedules, and scopes of work.
- Ability to successfully manage moderately complex projects from preconstruction stage to completion.
- Experience working on projects ground up & valued over $20M (minimum requirement).
- Experience managing budget, schedule, logistics, etc.
- Familiarity with Procore
- Base salary: $135-160K, based upon experience
- All in package: $170k+
