Anchor Health is looking for a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our After Hours-On Call team! .
Position Pay: $32-$38/hr.
Days and times worked: Weekend; 8am-5pm On Call

You will have a supportive team there for you at all times
The non-negotiables:
Must have a valid Licensed Vocational/Practical Nursing license within the state of California
Must have at least one year of experience as an LVN/LPN
Hospice experience preferred, but not required
Must have evidence of CPR training
Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, reliable transportation, and willingness to drive to patient’s location.
What you will be doing:
Covering our weekend (Friday & Saturday) evenings 5p-8a as an LVN runner. This individual will be on-call for any symptom management/PRN visits that come up after hours and are assigned by our Triage RN. You will not need to answer any calls directly, our Triage RNs are available 24/7 and they will be reaching out to you in case of a visit need. This is strictly a field position.
Documentation is done through Homecare Homebase (HCHB – PointCare); all timesheets and mileage are reimbursed directly through our EMR system.
