Company: Providence at Home with Compassus Position Summary: Work as a vital member of the care team, providing hands-on support to patients while utilizing AI-supported technology to simplify your documentation process. Key Responsibilities: Assist with medication management, wound care, and health monitoring. Use AI systems to assist in completing clear and accurate notes during visits. Focus on patient interaction and quality of care by reducing administrative burden. Education and/or Experience Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse program. Work Experience: Minimum 1 year as an LVN (6 months home care preferred). Certifications/Licenses: California Licensed Vocational Nurse required upon hire; Infusion and Venipuncture Certification required; National Provider BLS – American Heart Association within 30 days of hire. Valid driver’s license and auto insurance required upon request.
