Family Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant

Fast Pace Health is seeking a compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner to deliver primary and urgent care services in our rural community clinic. In this role, you will provide comprehensive assessments, diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions, order and interpret diagnostics, and educate patients across the lifespan. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team in a fast-paced, innovative environment focused on patient-centered care.
