Oversees end-to-end delivery of the S/4HANA transformation across seven operating companies, ensuring consistent execution and risk management. Drives standardization of processes across jurisdictions to enable scalable, compliant operations. Establishes governance frameworks that align business and technology to a unified enterprise model. Partners across IT, operations, and regulatory teams to deliver coordinated transformation outcomes. Focuses on simplifying end-to-end processes to reduce complexity and improve operational efficiency.
