Patient Services Specialist: Call Center & Scheduling

InterMed is seeking a Patient Services Representative in South Portland, Maine. This role serves as the primary contact for patients, handling medical concerns, administrative requests, and scheduling in a fast-paced call center environment. The ideal candidate will have a High School diploma, strong customer service abilities, and proficiency with Windows applications. Responsibilities include managing patient calls, scheduling appointments, and assisting with urgent medical requests. A calm demeanor and the ability to meet performance metrics are essential.
