Engineer - Facilities

Catalent

Catalent seeks a Facilities Engineer for its Madison biopharmaceutical manufacturing facility. The role involves managing complex utility systems, facility compliance, and cross-functional projects in a 263,000 sq. ft. GMP environment.

Responsibilities

Support and maintain HVAC, process utilities, and bio-containment systems
Assess utility system capacity and drive improvement and maturity projects
Draft standard operating procedures for building operations and maintenance
Troubleshoot facility problems and provide engineering guidance on facility projects
Maintain facility design files and ensure compliance with quality management systems

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Electrical, Mechanical, or related engineering field
3+ years facilities operation/automation engineering in cGMP environment, or Master's with 1+ years experience
Experience in biopharmaceutical facilities preferred
Building automation systems (BAS) experience preferred
Cross-department facility or site improvement project leadership experience a plus
